When using our services, you agree to the following terms.

*The validity period of our monthly plan usage contract is 12 months.

​

*On the expiration date of the expiration date, it will be automatically updated with the previous content, and the same will apply thereafter.

​

*The contract expiration date will be the next renewal date.

​

*The contract is for 12 months and will be automatically renewed if no request is made.

​

*If you do not wish to renew your contract, please notify us at least 30 days before the renewal date.

​

*If you cancel within 12 months (mid-term contract), you will be required to pay 4 months of HP as a mid-term cancellation fee.

Our company may temporarily suspend the service without notice in the following cases:

​

1. When a service failure occurs due to a natural disaster, power outage, or other reasons for which the Company is not responsible.

​

2. When network operations related to the service are affected due to failure, suspension, or other reasons of telecommunications equipment owned by related business operators.

​

​3.When a failure occurs in the telecommunications equipment installed by our company.
